Why We Built This Site
Arkansas provides several public record routes, yet no one system contains the whole Lincoln County story. The sheriff and jail hold bookings and agency records. Circuit and district clerks keep charges and dispositions. Arkansas State Police and ACIC maintain the state criminal-history system, while corrections and the Arkansas Sex Offender Notification System serve distinct needs. We bring the verified contacts, portals, costs, and request steps together by record type.
What You Will Find Here
- Agency contacts: where to reach Lincoln County record custodians and Arkansas statewide systems
- Record guides: how criminal court case records are located and read
- Record cleanup help: where Arkansas sealing petitions begin and which court holds the case
- Official check walkthroughs: how Arkansas State Police name and fingerprint channels differ
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no link to an Arkansas court, police department, sheriff, or state agency. Its role has clear limits:
- We cannot issue certified court files, rap sheets, or criminal records
- We cannot submit sealing petitions, FOIA requests, or other forms for a visitor
- We cannot run an official background check
- We cannot interpret a charge or give legal advice
- We cannot promise that an agency's fee, address, or phone has not changed
Only the sheriff, the court, or Arkansas State Police can issue its official record. The document must come from the office that maintains it.
Search Partners
Outside providers power search boxes on some pages. Each company controls its service, prices, and results. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may produce a referral fee that supports the site. We do not set the provider's charge or decide what its result contains.
